Commercial License

You may:

• Create, edit, print and sell finished books/PDFs made with the features you purchased, on any marketplace or in print.
• Include library artwork inside those finished books.
• Use your own cover art and uploads. You are responsible for your rights to them.

You may not:

• Sell, share or give away the software, your login, the raw image library, templates, or extracted artwork as a standalone pack.
• Claim exclusive ownership of library images or stop other buyers from using them.
• Grant your buyers resale, sublicensing or master-resale rights.
• Use someone else's trademark, character or copyrighted work without permission.

AI-generated artwork.

• The library art is AI-generated and licensed for use in your finished books.
• It may not qualify for exclusive copyright in every country.
• Review the art before you publish, and disclose AI content wherever your marketplace requires it.

Fonts. Bundled fonts keep their open-font license notices.

Reseller rights apply only with the separate Reseller License (maximum 100 end customers). Reseller customers receive creator rights only and use their own AI key.

Refunds and access. A refunded upgrade removes only the access and rights granted by that upgrade. Your core studio and other valid purchases stay active. App access ends only if no valid core purchase remains.

Breach. Breaking this license can lead to suspended access.
